At Madani Schools Federation, we believe that the most effective teaching and learning takes place in a well-managed environment, one that is calm, happy and safe for the entire school learning community. In line with our Islamic ethos, there is a requirement of mutual respect and responsible behaviour for all members of the learning community. This policy focuses on positive attitudes, which supports learning and promotes, celebrates and rewards achievement. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that when attitudes to learning or expectations are not met that all staff, pupils, parents/carers and stakeholders have a clear understanding of their rights, roles and responsibilities to implement the policy to alleviate such issues:
